Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated July 10, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CC-1371 WS/O, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FOX WOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ADRIAN FIGUEROA a/k/a ADIAN FIGUEROA, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
Lot 674, FOX WOOD PHASE FIVE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 108, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of October, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
