NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-007058-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2005-1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2005-1, Plaintiff and George Tsitsas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1632, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT 12, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81, 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
