NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-001256 ES/T, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Homeowners Association at Suncoast Lakes, Inc. is Plaintiff, and David R. Huck and Selena S.Huck are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 1, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 2, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 1, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 1 through 24; of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
