NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005255WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and CONRAD A. DURAN; RUTHANN A. DURAN; SHADOW LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A FRANK LANKFORD, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 93, SHADOW LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 26 AND 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
