NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008777ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC is the Plaintiff and ERWIN RUPPENSTEIN; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN PARTNERS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of September, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK L, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED NIN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 85 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
