NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-000369-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, U.S.BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6 is Plaintiff and ERIC E. PEELER; STRAITON AT BALLANTRAE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of OCTOBER, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment dated June 18, 2010, to wit:
