NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 5008 ES , of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DONALD A. LOTZ, DONNA L. LOTZ, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and AMERICAN BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS SUPPLY COMPANY, INC. d/b/a TOWN & COUNTRY INDUSTRIES are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A

Lot 4: Commence at the Northwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County Florida and run S00Ëš09'49” E along the West boundary of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 1011.56 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run S89Ëš52'43” E 1289.45 feet to the West right of way line of County Road 581 ; thence run S00Ëš07'27” W long said right of way 338.07 feet; thence N89Ëš52'43” W 1287.79 feet to said West boundary of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4; thence N00Ëš09'49” W along said boundary 338.07 feet to the Point of Beginning.
