NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006134WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, Plaintiff, and, heirs and devisees of the estate of florence t. crowe a/k/a flor, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 16TH day of OCTOBER, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 5, VETERANS VILLAS PHASE ONE, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 6 AND 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
