Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 10, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK “G”, NORTHWOOD UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 31-38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 27409 SUGAR LOAF DRIVE, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 2, 2012 at 11am.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
