NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
lot 4, block i, of pro's ranch, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book T, page 50, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with that certain 1997 liberty, 48 x 28 mobile home, serial number: dca036d1246ab.
