NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2008 CA 016681, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP is the Plaintiff and MERCEDES THOMPSON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ALLIANCE MORTGAGE BANKING CORPORATION., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MERCEDES THOMPSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of October 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 44 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
