NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-014075-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and MERRILL MCKEE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, Block A, UNIT II BELLE ISLE PINES, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 2, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
