NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-013403-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. The bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders cwabs, inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2006-24, is Plaintiff and maria garcia a/k/a maria p. garcia a/k/a maria paula garcia; jorge andres paez; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., as nominee for america's wholesale lender; metrowest master association, inc.; the azur at metrowest condominium association, inc.; michael j. parisciar d/b/a native bail revenue; hsbc bank nevada, n.a., a corporation, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 13 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit 1114, the azur at metrowest, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official records book 8639, page 3851, as re-recorded book 8641, page 1867, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
