NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002310-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. bayview loan servicing, llc, a delaware limited liability company, is Plaintiff and mega group, llc; sophia georgiadis; peter tsirigotis; unknown tenant #1 in possession of the subject property n/k/a james bell; unknown tenant #2 in possession of the subject property n/k/a miss williams, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
beginning 269.83 feet west of the northeast corner of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of section 26, township 22 south, range 29 east, orange county, florida, run south 90 feet run east 33 1/3 feet, run south 50 feet, run west 98.63 feet, run north 50 feet, run east 33 1/3 feet, run north 88 feet, run east 33 1/3 feet to the point of beginning (less the north 30 feet thereof which is washington street)
