Notice is hereby given, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4th, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 08-2009-CA-000949 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and JOHN GRAMMATIS; BARBARA GRAMMATIS; WAYNE B. RUBEN; NB/85 ASSOCIATES, A NEW YORK LIMITED PARTNERSHIP; TENANT #1 N/K/A VICTORIA GRAMMATIS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
