NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 4, 2012 and entered in CASE NO. 12-CA-052260 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein OSPREY COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO TERRACE III AT OSPREY COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and wherein DAVID WALDON and CHARLOTTE WALDON, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com Monday thru Friday beginning at 9:00 AM (Please note that there are a few cases that are still being auctioned at the Courthouse, pursuant to the final judgment. These sales begin at 11:00 AM and are held only on Tuesdays) on the 4 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION. SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
