NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 7 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-55132, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and GULIANA TUSHA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., TIMERWALK AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and EMILIANO TUSHA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, BLOCK C, TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 65 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
