NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-050676, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS SMITH A/K/A THOMAS L. SMITH, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., WESTCHESTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and CARMENT SMITH A/K/A CARMEN E. SMITH IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 209, WESTCHESTER CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1180, PAGE 1611, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1188, PAGE 1533 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
