NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-050123, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2006-HE5 TRUST is the Plaintiff and alejandro lopez, mortgage electronic registration systems INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION, NORMA C LOPEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 93, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT NO. 10, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
