NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on September 6, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FARM CREDIT OF FLORIDA, ACA, as successor by merger to Farm Credit of Southwest Florida ACA, is Plaintiff, and PINE ISLAND PALMS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, BOKEELIA ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and BOKEELIA MANAGEMENT COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, are Defendants.
The Clerk of Court will sell the Mortgaged Property, as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below, at public sale 9:00 a.m., on October 10, 2012, to the “highest bidder,” for cash, via electronic sale at Lee County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property, situated and being in Lee County, Florida to-wit:

The Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; and the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4; Together with an easement for a road R/W across the North 30 feet of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4. All lying and being in Section 17, Township 44 South, Range 22 East. Also together with the drainage easement described in that certain agreement dated January 13, 1965. By and between Malcolm R. McKinley, Jr. and Virginia T. McKinley, his wife: Thomas E. Alcorn and Virginia Alcorn, his wife, and Cecil R. Alcorn and Mary Louise Alcorn, his wife. Recorded in Official Record Book 321, Page 380, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; and the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4; and the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, all in Section 17, Township 44 South, Range 22 East, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Subject to the road Easement granted in above referred to agreement.

Together with the following described parcel for Ingress and egress:

From the Northeast corner of said Section 17, run South along the Easterly line of said Section 17, also being the centerline of Pine Island Boulevard (S.R.767) a distance of 826.33 feet; thence run N 89 degrees 44'36”W. 33.0 feet to the Point of Beginning: From said P.O.B. run South along the Westerly R/W line of said S.R. 767. a distance of 60.0 feet; thence run N 89 degrees 44'36”W. a distance of 1290.10 feet; thence N 0 degrees 06'00”East, 60.0 feet; thence S 89 degrees 44'36”E. a distance of 1290.0 feet to the P.O.B.
The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property (as defined below) and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property (as defined below) shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 4:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
