NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052520 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and LUNA ELEANOR MACDONALD-SMITH, RODNEY JOSEPH SMITH, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (MIN#100059600049155752), LAKEVIEW II AT SUMMERWIND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and SUMMERWIND MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 19D, BUILDING NO. 19, IN PHASE NO.6 LAKEVIEW II AT SUMMERWIND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO.2006000215228, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
