NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052286 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and PENOLA TARVER, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE EAST 12.5 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 9, STADLER'S CENTRAL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
