NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-051105 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and SUSAN HATTEM WEEKS, SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MAX IZQUIERDO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, BLOCK 7090, SANDOVAL-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 15 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
