SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and REA J. EAGLEEYE A/K/A REA EAGLEEYE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 7, BLOCK 14 OF DEL VERA COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 7 THROUGH 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
