NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 7 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-54589, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFECIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUCILLE A. JOSEPHSON AKA LUCILLE ANNETTA JOSEPHSON, DECEASED, FORT MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, LYNN ALFORD, SHARON SEVERSON A/K/A SHARON JOSEPHSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64 AND 65, BLOCK 77, UNIT 5, FORT MYERS SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 66 TO 70, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
