NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-051194, DIVISION: T, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for the encore credit receivables trust 2005-4, is Plaintiff, and steve t. brunner a/k/a steve brunner; tracy d. brunner a/k/a tracy brunner; SUMMERLIN TRACE CONDOMINIUM NO. 12 ASSOCIATION, INC.; summerlin trace property owners association, inc.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING 14 OF SUMMERLIN TRACE CONDOMINIUM NO. 12, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2400, PAGE 1137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
with the Street address of: 14462 Cypress Trace Court, Fort Myers, FL 33919.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
