NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 8, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas, Florida, wherein RRH PROPERTIES, RUTH HANNAHS, DICK HANNAHS, DENNIS DEPAOLI, BRAD SCHWARTZ, RENE KESIG, ALEXA SMITH, AARON HAFER, WILLIAM FERNANDEZ, AND MICHAEL MACHNO are Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 11-10892-CI-21, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit.
Lot 1, Block “B”, CITY OF TREASURE ISLAND, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS those portions of the above-described property as set forth in Order(s) of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 4403, Page 1722, and in Official Records Book 4434, Page 423, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
