LOT 2, BLOCK 6, SUNNY MEAD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
