NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-010094 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”), Plaintiff and William E. Storey and Heather L. Storey, Husband and Wife and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Eileen Tracey, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, KENNETH CITY - UNIT ONE REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
