Lavender are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 12, FAIRMOUNT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
