NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-019149 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated August 1, 2006, ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-FM1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Sharon A. Hunter are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 201, COACHMAN RIDGE TRACT A-II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 57 AND 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
