NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale docketed August 22nd, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2010, and entered in Case No.: 2009-CA-017090 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-BC3, is Plaintiff and JANE HOLT, et.al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 77 AND 78, ORCHID LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 6791 51ST WAY, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
