Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 10th day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 314, GATEWAY SQUARE APARTMENTS NO.6, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 71 THROUGH 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3335, PAGES 670 THROUGH 706, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
