You are required to serve an original of your written defenses, if any, to the Pinellas County Clerk of Court within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and to serve a copy on Plaintiff's attorney, Patrick M. O'Connor, of the Law Firm of O'CONNOR & ASSOCIATES, 1250 S. Belcher Road, Suite 160, Largo, Florida 33771, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
RIGHT TO VENUE: The law gives the person or company who has sued you the right to file suit in any of several places as listed below. However, if you have been sued in any place other than one of these places, you, as the defendant have the right to request that the case be moved to a proper location or venue. A proper location or venue may be one of the following:
1. Where the contract was entered into.
2. If the suit is on an ensecured promissory note, where note was signed or where maker resides.
3. If the suit is to recover property or foreclose a lien where the property is located.
4. Where the event giving rise to the suit occurred.
5. Where anyone or more of the defendants sued resides.
