Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 22, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, OF BONNIE BAY COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES PHASE 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7257 56TH AVE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
