World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Sally Ann Fonner, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Emi Trejo, Roy M. Terry, Jr. and Durrettbradshaw PLC, Reciever for: Terry L. Dowdell; Dowdell, Dutcher & Associates, Inc.; Emerged Market Securities, DE-LLC; Authorized Auto Services, Inc.; and Vavasseur Corporation, Virginia June as successor Trustee of the Robert F. June, Sr. Living Trust Dated 05/11/1995, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
