NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-021188 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and Jackie Foley are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 10, BLOCK Q, CAPRI ISLES BLOCKS P-Q-R-S-T, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
