UNIT NO.103, BUILDING 750, VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 21, 1979, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11-27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
