CONTE A/K/A JUDITH ANN CONTE A/K/A JUDITH CONTE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; VILLAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on October 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO.103, BUILDING 750, VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 21, 1979, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11-27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
