Lot 29-C, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES UNIT II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Pages 13 and 14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the street address of: 2945 Grovewood Boulevard, #C, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before October 15, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
