Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-1545-CO-042, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT #112 OF FAIRWAY VILLAGE, A COOPERATIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE AGREEMENT (THE PROPRIETARY LEASE) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8307, AT PAGE 1600, OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR ALL THE REST OF THE TERM OF SAID PROPRIETARY LEASE, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS THEREIN CONTAINED, THE ORIGINAL OF WHICH IS MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION AT 1100 S. BELCHER RD., LARGO, FLORIDA 33771, WHICH MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT AND ALL PRESENT AND FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
