NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 6, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Unit 104, Building A, LAKE HEATHER HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 5988, Page 1085, and any amendments thereto, and in the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 37 through 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 5th of October, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
