NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10015415 CI 20, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-1 is Plaintiff and NORMA D. ESCANDELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) N/K/A RICHARD BERRIOS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) N/K/A BRENT PAISNER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #3; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) N/K/A PIERRE JOHNSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #2; CRESCENT LAKE PROPERTIES, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, W.T. EATON'S EUCLID BOULEVARD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
