NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in 52-2009-CA-008899 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,N.A. AS TRUSTEE, BEAR STERNS ALTA 2005-04, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL WILDE; COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL WILDE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A EGFORD NUGENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK K OF WOODSTOCK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
