NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2012, and entered in 09-005357 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN BAYNE; KIMBERLY BAYNE; SUNTRUST BANK; HIDDEN CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. LELAND MANAGEMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ZACHARY BAYNE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, HIDDEN CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 23-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
