NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2012, and entered in 11008416CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA RAE BUTLER A/K/A DEBRA R. BUTLER A/K/A DEBRA BUTLER A/K/A DEBRA RAE ROBINSON A/K/A DEBRA R. ROBINSON A/K/A DEBRA ROBINSON A/K/A DEBRA RAE MARTIN A/K/A DEBRA R. MARTIN A/K/A DEBRA MARTIN; TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). CONDOMINIUM UNIT 24-0244, A/K/A BUILDING 24, UNIT 4, OF TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13844, AT PAGE 1800-1904, AND CONDO PLAT BOOK 133, PAGE 85-107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
