NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in 12001464CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and MARCIE A. SEFCHICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIE A. SEFCHICK; BAY POINT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID WRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7, BUILDING “C”, TOGETHER WITN AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BAY POINT PLAZA APARTMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3153, PAGE 534 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 56 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
