HOLZER; OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; JANET L DAUGHTRY; ISLAND ESCAPE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE C/O JIM ZINGALE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on Ooctober 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 110, ISLAND ESCAPE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE(S) 11 THROUGH 13, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 1, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6888, PAGE(S) 433 THROUGH 488, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
