VAUGHN A/K/A SHERYL VAUGHN A/K/A SHERYL L. BASYE A/K/A SHERYL BASYE; WILLIAM VAUGHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERYL L. VAUGHN A/K/A SHERYL VAUGHN A/K/A SHERYL L. BASYE A/K/A SHERYL BASYE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). LOT 27, GOLFWOODS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 38 AND 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
