ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66, is the Plaintiff and TERRICK D. MOYER AKA TERRICK MOYER; CAROLYN K. MOYER AKA CAROLYN MOYER; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 63, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
