NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 008739 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Diana R. Marrero, a/k/a Diana Rose Marrero; Elias Bustillo, a/k/a Elias Neptali Bustillo; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the clerk of court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 04 day of December, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST 1/2, 260.61 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 63 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 307.28 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 63 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 307.28 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE EAST 150 FEET THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
